Villa 4, Villa 6, and Villa 7 are located within the same area, while the remaining villas are positioned across different parts of the island.
All villas remain within convenient driving distance of beaches, restaurants, attractions, and Langkawi International Airport.
Each location offers a different experience of island living, allowing guests to choose between hillside views, tropical surroundings, privacy, and proximity to the island’s main areas.

Bookings are also available through selected third-party platforms, though rates there are typically 20–100% higher compared to booking directly with us.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required depending on the villa reserved.
Security deposit amounts are as follows:

The deposit may be paid via:

• Wire transfer

The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out if no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found.
No. Visitors are strictly not permitted inside the villas.
All properties are monitored externally by CCTV.
Any unauthorised visitors may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Events, celebrations, and parties are not permitted unless approved in advance by our team prior to arrival.

All reservations are non-refundable.
Date changes are permitted once, up to 2 months before arrival.
