Children below 3 years old stay free of charge.
Children above 3 years old are counted as guests.
Discounted rates apply for smaller groups of up to 6 guests.
For additional guests beyond 6, the following nightly charges apply:
• The Villa, Villa 6 — RM150 per guest, per night
• White Monkey Villa, Villa 4, Villa 7 — RM200 per guest, per night
• Villa Vista — RM300 per guest, per night

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required depending on the villa reserved.
Security deposit amounts are as follows:
• RM1,500 — The Villa, Villa 4, Villa 6
• RM2,000 — White Monkey Villa, Villa 7
• RM5,000 — Villa Vista
The deposit may be paid via:
• Credit card
• Wire transfer
• Cash
The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out if no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found.
For guest privacy, safety, and property security, only registered guests are permitted inside the villa.
Outside visitors are not allowed unless approved in advance by our team.
Unauthorised visitors may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Events, celebratioxns, and parties are not permitted unless approved in advance by our team prior to arrival.
Additional fees, staffing requirements, or deposits may apply depending on the nature of the event.
All reservations are non-refundable.
Date changes are permitted once, up to 2 months before arrival.
Failure to check in will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
